NPRC aims to achieve above market total returns by utilizing diverse deal sourcing channels, adhering to strict property selection criteria, and implementing highly focused value-add business plans tailored to the specific opportunities of each investment. NPRC optimizes leverage on each property and enhances performance through the operational expertise of its in-house asset and construction management teams.

NPRC invests through three distinct structures which provide a broad origination funnel:

    • Vertically integrated operators with property, asset, and construction management.

    • Operators with a demonstrated geographical focus.

    • Directly acquire properties as an owner and operator.

    • Utilize NPRC's in-house asset and construction management with third-party property management.

    • Provide gap equity to facilitate transactions.

    • Target property acquisitions between buyers and sellers as well as refinancings and recapitalizations between owners and lenders.
